Full Time Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is in charge of the general running of the production and related activities of Performance Gear Systems.  In addition, he/she is responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing shipments, inventory, direct labor personnel, and production quality systems.

Experience with (required):

Staff Management

Mold setups, (three plate mold, and unscrewing molds)

Processing of injection molded parts

Mold maintenance

Machine maintenance

**Job would require detailed records to be kept for all mold and machine maintenance activities

 

Not required but would be a plus

QC inspection principles

Working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.

Experience with robotic sprue pickers

MRP systems 

Under-Graduate Degree

 

Education – Minimum of a HS Diploma

Minimum of 10 years hands on experience

NEEDED AS OF 11-29-07

Full Time Manufacturing Associate

Position is available for a full time associate in our injection molding manufacturing area.  This job will include general mold setup, injection machine maintenance, packaging and light assembly work.   May be required to work night shift.

Experience with (required):

Mold setups, (three plate mold, and unscrewing molds)

Mold maintenance

Machine maintenance

**Job would require detailed records to be kept for all mold and machine maintenance activities

 

Not required but would be a plus
